|Dr. Joshua Gapp is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Dermatopathology. Dr. Gapp received his M.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. He completed both his fellowship in dermatopathology and residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine where he served as chief resident in Anatomic and Clinical pathology. He is currently completing an executive MBA from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Gapp was formerly a dermatopathologist with Associated Pathologists, an affiliate of PathGroup, in Nashville, TN.|
Martin Mihm, Jr. M.D. Dr. Mihm is considered an international expert in the field of pigmented lesions, lymphoma and cutaneous inflammatory disease. Dr. Mihm is currently the Director of the Melanoma Program at Brigham & Women’s Hospital and the Associate Director of the Melanoma Program at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, both in Boston, MA. Dr. Mihm received his M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh Medical School. He completed his dermatology residency and fellowship in pathology at the Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Mihm is a Clinical Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical School and Albany Medical College of NY as well as a consultant at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Mihm is a contributing editor of ‘American Journal of Dermatopathology’, ‘Journal of Cutaneous Pathology’, ‘Surgical Pathology’, and Fitzpatrick’s ‘Journal of Clinical Dermatology’. Dr. Mihm is the author of more than 550 publications, including books, articles, and chapters.
