The fee for biopsy service includes transportation of the sample to the laboratory, processing of the sample into a microscopic slide, review of the slide by a dermatopathologist, and reporting results. Laboratory charges are separate from your clinic or hospital visit. KDL will bill insurance and/or Medicare directly. Patient portion of deductible as well as self-paying patients may pay directly online. Please contact us with questions or concerns.
