  • We do not see patients; we are a laboratory that works with your doctor.

  • You should first contact your Doctor for your results. If you are unable to get a copy of your report from your doctor you can request a Medical Release Form and we can send records.

  • We do not accept specimens directly from a patient. Specimens should be submitted by your treating physician.
